Registering and selling products at Porttie.com partners have agreed to partner terms, conditions and cooperation agreements between partners and porttie

REGISTER & SELL PRODUCT

Register
  1. First click the “login / register” button first on the top right of the website then at the bottom of the register form click “I am Vendor”
  2. Fill in all data that is needed completely and correctly, such as:
    1. Email Address
    2. Password
    3. First Name
    4. Last Name
    5. Shop Name
    6. Shop URL
    7. Phone Number

  1. Payment Setup

Payment setup is the account number used for the sales withdrawal process

Note: If you have never filled in the Payment Setup before registering, you can log in first with the email and password you have later

go to the https://www.porttie.com/dashboard/ link then go to the Settings -> Payment menu or link https://www.porttie.com/dashboard/settings/payment/

  1. Go to Store Dashboard or go to the link https://www.porttie.com/dashboard/

If it has been registered, you can directly log in via the Login menu (located in the top right corner) with the Email and Password that you already have

Add Product

 

  1. Enter the products you want to sell by clicking on the “Products” tab in the dashboard menu (https://www.porttie.com/dashboard/ ) then select “Add new product”.
  2. Fill in all information about the product correctly and completely, such as:
    1. Product name
    2. Upload Product Photos
    3. Price
    4. Category (facility / shop place)
    5. Product tags
    6. Product description

After that, click “Create Product”, or “Create & Add New” to add other new products.

Note: You need to remember, all the products you upload will be reviewed and must meet the conditions for uploading the products that we have set.

Edit Product

The product editing process will be done immediately when you click “Create Product” or it can be done by selecting the Product menu then clicking “Edit” on the product that will be edited

Fill in all information needed:

  1. Title -> product name
  2. Check “downloadable” if you want to add files to customers who have booked facilities / services
  3. Check “Virtual” if the facility is intangible and cannot be delivered or only in the form of services (optional and has no effect on the appearance of the product)
  4. “Price” is the price of a product / service product
  5. Discount Price is a discount price that will appear with the previous normal price display at “strikethrough”
  6. Category is the place or region of service / facility
  7. Product tags
  8. Short Description & Description
  9. Inventory menu aims to manage inventory of products such as SKU, Maximum number of orders
  10. Other Option -> additional options for products
Accept Order
  1. You will receive a notification via email if there is a new order. Or you can see new orders by clicking the “Orders” tab (https://www.porttie.com/dashboard/orders/ ) on the menu.
  2. Following the order status contained in the “Order” menu
    1. Completed -> The customer has taken the order
    2. Processing -> The customer has already paid in full and received a proof of payment link (voucher) that will be shown to you (facility owner) when visiting your place
    3. On-Hold -> Still waiting for payment from customers
    4. Pending -> Funds have not been received
    5. Canceled -> Customer submits Canceled to Porttie
    6. Refunds -> Refunds do not apply except with special circumstances and are given a maximum of 1 day before customers use your facilities

CUSTOMER VALIDATION

Accept Customer

Make sure you receive customers according to the ID listed in the Voucher by asking the customer to show their ID and voucher.

Voucher Validation

Validate vouchers owned by customers

  1. Open your store Dashboard on the porttie.com website
  2. At the top of the Dashboard select “Check in” to start validating
  3. Scan or enter the barcode number in the second tab, if the barcode is valid, then there will be a “valid barcode” notification, otherwise the “invalid barcode” will appear, and immediately contact us to validate customer orders.
Services

Start giving the facilities ordered to customers

After the service process, immediately re-validate the customer’s barcode then select checkout to change the customer’s status, or can directly select Complete if the customer has received the service process / product purchase and service funds into your report.

WITHDRAW

Withdraw
  1. After the transaction is completed, the proceeds from the sale will be forwarded to your Porttie Balance. To withdraw the Porttie Balance to your account, Check “Current Balance” and “Minimum Withdraw amount” on the “Withdraw” tab in the “My shop” menu.
  2. On the Balance Detail page, we can check the flow of funds coming in and out of your Porttie Balance. To withdraw funds from sales, click “Withdraw Funds”.
  3. Enter the data correctly and completely, then click “Confirm”. These data include:
    1. The amount of balance you want to withdraw
    2. Destination account number
    3. Porttie Password

Rights and Responsibilities of Porttie Partners

Porttie’s Partner Responsibilities

Porttie Rights

  4. Commission / Compensation

 

  1. The Commission is compensation paid by the Partner to Porttie for service transactions for services and facilities at the passenger terminal through Online Booking Engine;
  2. The minimum commission amount of 20% for transactions in Online Booking Engine is calculated based on the final selling price including taxes and other service charges;

From time to time the Partner can decide to improve the Partner’s product and service ratings on the Porttie website by increasing the commission rate through the Extranet provided by Porttie;

 

 

Payment

 

  1. The Porttie will complete the payment for the exact reservation from the guest via the payment method using Online payment on behalf of porttie.com;
  2. The Parties will complete payments to other Parties through the payment method as agreed by both parties as follows:
    1. Porttie payments to Partners for ordering products and services in the Online Booking Engine are made after a request from the partner through withdrawal on the Porttie dashboard with a minimum withdrawal value listed in the withdrawal menu.
    2. Giving discount facilities provided by the Partner to guests will not affect the amount of Porttie commissions due and can be collected;
    3. The Parties will receive payments from other Parties by transferring to the account designated by each Party in the same currency as the currency of the receiving bank account;
    4. Payment methods and payment terms may change if there is an agreement outside this agreement.

If the prices of products and services use foreign currency, then the exchange rate of foreign currencies is determined by Porttie, and therefore may change at any time, and the total value of transaction orders for products and services is multiplied by the foreign exchange rate at the time of the transaction ;

 

Statement and Guarantee
