How to Book at Porttie?
  • Find Airports – enter the area code, the name of the airport or the name of your departure area in the “Search” Menu on the main page of Porttie then “enter” or select on the pop up menu.
  • Select – View the details of airport facilities, information and pricing facilities by pressing the “get access” button in the facility of your choice, then select the date and time of departure or arrival, flight code, and enter guest data for the verification process. Each facility has different inputs
  • order – Click “Book Now” then your order will be added in Shopping Cart and you can add several different airport facilities in one same order.
  • View Cart – You can review your order before the payment process at the top right corner of Porttie website
  • Pay – Click “Proceed To Checkout” button in Cart menu and complete billing detail then click “Place Order” button to start payment process
I booked a service. What next?
  • You will receive an unique confirmation ticket via e-mail.
  • The ticket is required to be checked-in before using our service.
  • Please find the lounge you have booked or pickup point upon arrival to begin using our service.
What exactly happens after ordering?

How to booking change date?

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit card Visa & Mastercard, Mandiri clickpay, transfer and virtual account

I couldn’t finish my booking. Is your payment system not working?

Your credit card is declined by Acquirer or Issuer Bank. In this case, please try another card or please call your Bank.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We don’t collect any credit card detail, while your booking info is redirected to our payment gateway via SSL encryption.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice along with barcoded ticket. In your credit card statement transaction will be printed as “porttie.com” and will be charged in IDR.

Can I use currency other than IDR?

No, due to Indonesian government regulation.

Can I add and remove product?

Yes, you are free to add, remove or edit your product. You also have a full control of your pricing.

How to add new products?
  • Enter the products you want to sell by clicking the “Products” tab in the dashboard menu and selecting “Add new product”.
  • Fill out all information about the product correctly and completely, such as:
    • Product name
    • Upload Product Photos
    • Price
    • Category
    • Product tags
    • Product description
    • After that, click “Create Product”, or “Create & Add New” to add other new products.
why is my product not published?
  • All products will be reviewed and must comply with the terms of the product upload that we have set.
Is there a notice if the product is already published?
  • You will get a notification email after the product is published
Do I receive a notification if there is an order?
  • Yes, you will receive a booking email along with a ticket barcode. barcode is a validation to the customer
when do I get paid?
  • payment will be entered and recorded in your partner account after the customer paid your product
how do I withdraw payments?
  • you can make a withdrawal request in the “withdraw” menu. once approved the money will be directly transferred to your account.
I can not make a withdrawal. Why?
  • maybe the amount of your sales is less than the minimum withdraw limit. Or you can contact us for more details
